Pricing Team Responsibilities:
– Lead on aspects related to customer base profitability by administering effective pricing policies and initiatives
– Balance value and pricing to ensure the most favorable returns for the overall company.
CVM Team Responsibilities:
– Identify trends in consumer behavior and manage customer base through BTL campaigns, to deliver maximum commercial return.
– Communicate all marketing messages to the base, ensuring the most efficient and relevant communication to the customer.
Requirements:
– 4-7 years of experience working in a commercial role or directly with commercial teams.
– Commercially driven, able to rationalise strategies into deliverable, operational business plans
– Excellent data manipulation & modelling skills.
– Strong communication and influencing skills, credible at chairing and able to build cross functional partnerships
