Job description
PURPOSE OF JOB :
- Act as a key contact for designated business lines for all their HR needs
- Work in partnership with the line managers and other parts of specialized HR to deliver agreed HR requirements to customers and provide HR advice/guidance
- Lead the Performance Appraisal processes and provide support to the annual pay change process
- Develop appropriate recruitment strategies (including internal search for suitable applicants and identifying talent)
- Identifies training needs for business units through TNA meetings with line managers.
- Reporting and MIS analysis of all cross business initiatives are delivered insightfully for decision making and for quality checking
- Follow up on the renewal of staff contracts with line managers based on which the staff performance can be monitored.
- Provide ongoing support to the staff team on human resources related matters, policies and procedures.
- Seek to understand the business strategies, goals and initiatives and to identify both the short and long term HR requirements and priorities
- Ensure maintaining\updating Policies & Procedures.
- Updating HR Data on HRIS.
- Handle all related processes for implementing staff transfers\rotations.
TASKS :
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Capable to organize the workload, meet deadlines and to work under pressure.
- Excellent MS office skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Finance / Business related Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources.
- 2-3 years of Human Resources experience.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in written presentation
