Job description
Handle and solve the common application problems and bugs.
Administrate applications and conduct on the job training to level one support.
Check the integrity of the daily operations of the core banking system.
IN-house customization for core banking and other systems.
Deploy
the changes which have been done by vendors and test it to ensure that
it is functioning as per the agreed upon requirement.
Manage the integration between interfaces and the core banking system.
Provide the requested reports for CBE and bank unites.
Route new unsolved bugs to the external vendors and follow-up with them until closure.
UAT Test planning (Scope, duration) /UAT support for user.
