Job Description:
A. Targeting/segmenting/clustering all pharmacies into one client database
B. Drive & Lead annual Joint Business Planning agreements with all Key pharmacies & Distributors
C. Execute planned BDA’s with key customers improving availability & visibility through customized programs & campaigns
D. Drive the Baby category within each store as category captains
Job Description:
A. Targeting/segmenting/clustering all pharmacies into one client database
B. Drive & Lead annual Joint Business Planning agreements with all Key pharmacies & Distributors
C. Execute planned BDA’s with key customers improving availability & visibility through customized programs & campaigns
D. Drive the Baby category within each store as category captains
E. Drive Horizontal and vertical growth inside stores
F. Lead in-store visibility & Branding Programs and ensure proper execution & follow up with all stake holders
G. Operate as a key point of contact with pharmacy team and Distributor sales team
H. Monitor, analyze and evaluate client feedback, generating new ideas & opportunities & providing solutions
I. Monitor and report weekly & monthly closing channel business performance
J. Evaluate and report pre and post in-store activations. (Shelf Share, Planograms, secondary displays, counter displays, visibility & Stage 3 Branding) with sell-in & Sell-out analysis to evaluate overall impact performance.
