☛ Position: Stock control supervisor
☛ Reporting To: Costing Manager

▬ POSITION OBJECTIVE ▬▬
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Monitoring the stock levels and its prices weather finished, unfinished or raw materials, analyze and report frequently on their status
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
▬ JOB DESCRIPTION ▬▬
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
• Monitor stock levels in terms of process (slow & fast moving, aging…etc) and it’s status in order build the monthly report
• Monitor the purchasing prices and its discrepancy compared with the history so that he/she can report and figure out the prices will be impacted.
• Maintain effective and timely communications with the warehouse, production, purchasing and sales departments.
• Implement periodical stock counts in order to match documented balance and the factual.

▬ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS ▬▬
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
• Bachelor's Degree in commerce
• 4-5 yrs. of hands on costing or stock control and warehousing or financial analysis.
• Strong communication skill.
• Strong Computer skills / Office.
• Analytical & reasoning skills.
• Problem solving Skills.
