Relationship Manager – Direct Sales at ADIB LEASING

Job description


To drive new large accounts /client acquisition within different lucrative industries to ADILEASE in assigned regions
To establish & maintain strong relationships with clients; both existing and potential; to maintain incoming flow of business

Strategy & Development:

Assists in preparing the Relationship Management (RM) policies and procedures manual including: Creation of procedures and guidelines; Revision and on-going enhancement; ensuring total compliance to the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) circulars.
Assists in preparing the department operating budget, and monitors operating expenses against the approved budgets.
Assists in preparing the standards and performance measures (KPIs) of the Relationship Management (RM) Team in line with the bank’s strategic direction, Submits to the Sales Director to review and approve.
Functional

Manages the relationship between the dealers & ADILease ensuring total compliance to the bank policies and procedures
Conducts proactive sales calls on targeted customers to ensure that the new-business requirements are met in accordance to the bank growth targets.
Develops ‘Trusted Advisor’ relationship and access at key decision maker level for assigned clients.
Monitors and manages sales against targets by tracking all recorded sales and activity schedules.
Provides direct sales manager with necessary information and effective engagement plans on new sales acquisition opportunities.
Maintains ADILease internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
Drives achievement against targets for revenue generation, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost containment.
Combines client relationship management with strong risk assessment and management capabilities ensuring the required credit quality & requisite returns on risk
Aggressively grow ADILease ’s share of client wallet involving product specialists to ensure product capabilities are in line with client/sector requirements
Understands customer needs, responds to complaints to ensure providing better services as per the bank policies and procedures standards.
Prepares Monthly reports reflecting the Indirect Sales activities and submits to the Sales Director to review and action corrective action if needed.
People Management:

Conducts performance appraisals sessions of his direct report in due time. Reviews and approves the performance appraisals conducted by his first liners to their subordinates, ensuring a timely, efficient and objective Performance Management process.
Monitors the implementation of the on-the-job training to ensure an on-going skills development process to increase team competence and motivate them to grow the Bank’s business and deliver quality results.
Academic and professional qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Sales, Business Administration or other relevant degree on a full-time program from a recognized university.
Professional qualifications in a related field.
Experience and other requirements

Banking Operation
5-7 years in similar position in investment/leasing/ banking or other related financial areas.
General banking experience with a good understanding of banking practices.
Generic Skills

Islamic banking and systems implementations
Very good computer skills.
Fluency in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
