1. Handling Email response
2. Follow up with customers
3. Collect customer feedback and suggestions
4 .Handle incoming phone calls
- Position Qualifications:
• Fluent English
• Graduate
• Military status exempted or done
• Good with numbers
• Hard worker self motivated & Ambitious
• Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
**Fixed shifts * 3 PM till 12 AM Saturday and Sunday OFF
*Salary from 2500-3000 based on experience, social insurance & 21 annual days
