Roles & Responsibilities:
- Reviews sales invoices to ensure all the information is accurate and complete matching with Sales orders
- Verifies that receivable and payable transaction comply with financial policies and procedures
- Prepares monthly reports for Account receivable balance, outstanding expenses and local suppliers balance
- Handles the rental for all stores
- Prepare month-end account reconciliations (Sub-Ledger and Gender Ledger)
- Prepares without holding tax return (form 41) each quarter
- Review updated vendor details files
